"I have used State Farm for home and auto insurance for years. When looking for life insurance I contacted them along with other companies. I did find a cheaper rate with another company but opted to go with State Farm instead. With the other company I would be dealing with an insurance broker. At State Farm I am dealing with a specific office which always handles any questions and concerns immediately. Katherine handled the application for life insurance quickly and professionally. It is reassuring to work with an office I know I can count on."
